The "build-gnuradio" script pulls from master by default, so that's why the UHD version number appears as it does. It's newer than the most recent tagged release, which is version 3.9.2.

You should ideally use only tagged releases of UHD. To tell the "build-gnuradio" script to use version 3.9.2, invoke it this way:

./build-gnuradio -ut release_003_009_002
