We use 2 identical halfbands with 47 taps each. Taps: -62, 0, 194, 0,
-440, 0, 855, 0, -1505, 0, 2478, 0, -3900, 0, 5990, 0, -9187, 0, 14632,
0, -26536, 0, 83009, 131071, 83009, 0, -26536, 0, 14632, 0, -9187, 0,
5990, 0, -3900, 0, 2478, 0, -1505, 0, 855, 0, -440, 0, 194, 0, -62
