[Discuss-gnuradio] Block "Max" GNU Radio

Hi all,

I want to modify the block Max: instead calculate a maximum, I want to
calculate the maximum and two bins (two points) on each side and do a
average with this three values. Should I modify this code?[1] 
Any help is welcome.
