Ben,

I currently do not build 32-bit binaries.  Based on the trend in windows deployment, I don't see the 32-bit side as having a long term future.  

Because it's not just GNURadio, it's all the dependencies that would need separate builds as well.  And there is plenty to do to improve the 64-bit side.
