More than simply an Osmocom block you'll need a driver. The LimeSDR is
based on the STREAM (Cyclone IV) FPGA board + UNITE 7002 EVB, and the
Lime Suite driver was originally developed around this combination.

Not sure what FPGA board you're using, but there was a discussion
recently on using a Xilinx board with UNITE, which may be of interest.
