Subject: | [Discuss-gnuradio] What single-board computers (SBCs) work well with GNURadio? |

I’m looking for recommendations for a small computer to use in an embedded GNURadio product. By “small” I mean small enough that the whole system can be portable, like the size of a lunchbox or smaller. It will connect to an Ettus USRP
B200mini-i, which communicates using USB 3.0. The application is fairly compute intensive, so a fast, multi-core processor will make life easier. I’ve researched a few Single Board Computers (SBCs). Low-end SBCs don’t look like a good idea. For example, the Rasperry Pi 3 has a relatively slow processor, and only supports USB 2.0. Here are a few products I’m considering: LattePanda SBC
UP Board SBC
INTEL NUC Board NUC7i5DNBE
Does anyone have any experience with these, or have another recommendation? Thanks, Dave Rose Valkyrie Systems Corp Phoenix, AZ |
