A way is let it be GNUstep's job to detect if the running window manager
is Window Maker or not. If it is WMaker then GNUstep should
use provide its appicon as the icon window hint to WMaker
instead of mapping its appicon by itself. The way to share theme
from Window Maker and to pass moving events (so WMaker can dock
appicon right) was done by Alfredo a while back in his obj-c barflib.
(thus he didn't release it yet for reasons) I don't remember its
url but please give me a notice if you want that (or just dig the mail
archive since he posted it here once a while back)

If you think another way is really better than this, please give
us the right direction.
