Just a quick note to anybody who may have code that uses these
string encodings. I have changed the NSStringEncoding enum value of
NSCyrillicStringEncoding to NSISOCyrillicStringEncoding, and likewise
for Greek, Arabic, and Hebrew. These new names indicate the ISO-8859
standard character sets, and thus reduce ambiguity.
