The only difference between ffcall-1.8 and ffcall-1.8a is a patch to
install the files in the correct directory, if you are installing them
into the GNUstep directory structure (i.e.
--prefix=$GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT). This patch is essentially the same one
as listed on the www.made-it.com site.
