Guile still not passing 'make check'

After making this change, I'm still getting an error:

opentool go -c '(load "test.scm")'
shared_obj/ix86/linux-gnu/gnu-gnu-gnu-xgps/go: error while loading shared
libraries: libguile.so.9: cannot load shared object file: No such file or
directory

This is after I've added the proper lines to /etc/ld.so.conf (and
yes, I've run the GNUStep.sh script again).
