ANN: ProjectCenter now in GNUstep CVS.

I was out of town and couldn't announce this sooner:

Philippe Robert has graciously allowed ProjectCenter to become an 
official part of GNUstep and transfered the CVS sources to the GNUstep 
repository. You can get the current source via cvs using:

cvs -z3 co ProjectCenter

or

cvs -z3 co PC

Please try it out and help improve this excellent application.
