cygwin heap error?

Anyone else using the latest cygwin (1.3.3) and having problems
running gnustep? Everything compiles fine, but this is what I
get for every program:

$ opentool awake
m.AllocationBase 0x614C0000, m.BaseAddress 0x614E0000, m.RegionSize 0xF8000,
  m.State 0x1000
c:\eco\install\base\Testing\shared_obj\ix86\cygwin\gnu-gnu-gnu\awake.exe:
  *** Couldn't reserve space for cygwin's heap (0x614E0000 <0x470000>) in
  child, Win32 error 6

I am using gcc 3.0.1, and all this worked fine with cygwin 1.3.2.
I've reinstalled and recompiled everything, and the error remains.
Any ideas what this might be or how to track it down?

Cheers,
-Tom
