Regular Expression Function

Hi,

  I made a little regular expression parser using the default regex library
on FreeBSD.
  Hope it is useful for anyone else.
  I prefer PCRE libary (www.pcre.org) rather than the default regex library
  because it is powerful enough for my own work.
  I'll work on that and this one is just a trial.

  Any comment is welcome.
