MPWFoundation now on Windows

Hi folks,

just a progress report.  MPWFoundation now works with GNUstep/MinGW on 
Window.  It passes its unit tests, even from a plain "DOS" Shell.  HOM 
works.

So there is some happiness and much more work (all the other 
frameworks...).
