Documentation Update

Hi all,

This morning I comitted some changes to the GNUstep documentation I am
writting.
Almost all documents have changed, to mention a few:
- The index page is split into:
 Building GNUstep (and onlt that)
 GNUstep documentation and doc pointers
 What to do after you build GNUstep (User/Developer Environment)

The document with the most changes is the GUI elements guide.
