Not welsh, its the manx flag - the flag has three legs and the cats have
no tails :-) when I was a little kid I actually thought that 'manx' was
an adjective that meant 'without a tail' as I kenw what manx cats were,
but had no idea that there was such a place as the Isle of Man.
