NSTableViewDropOn

Hi,

attached is a tiny patch that makes NSTableViewDropOn work.

Still confused about the drag validation, though -- is there any way to 
tell the NSTableView beforehand that I don't want to accept 
NSTableViewDropAbove, ever, so that it doesn't even draw the line 
inbetween the rows?
