[Patch] --quiet option for make_services

The attached patch adds a --quiet option to make_services. I call
make_services with the --quiet flag in the GNUstep.sh script  because
its output can be quite disturbing when opening xterms.
When both, --verbose and --quiet are given on the command line, verbose
output will be enabled.
Additionally, I changed "OpenStep services facility" to "GNUstep ..." as
I found it more appropriate.

I guess it's not very elegant but if you find this patch is any useful,
feel free to commit it.

        * make_services.m: add --quiet command line flag. Might be useful
        in startup/login scripts. If both --quiet and --verbose are given
        on the command line, verbose output is enabled. Also replaced 
        "OpenStep" with "GNUstep".
