I've just added 10 NSTableViews to a window under Gorm without crashing.  
Which version of Gorm are you using??  It might be an older version.   

Also, there were a few fixes recently which addressed a double release which
was occuring when deleting an element (this problem was intermittent).   These
changes are in CVS.

I'm not sure what you mean by "cascade through the project".
