The only 'port' I've heard of is what you can find in OpenDarwin's CVS.
Never tried it, but the accompanying readme says it is "as is", and
apparently not everything has been ported, eg. stuff related to MACH
ports (obviously).

It isn't, but you can. Most of the stuff in CoreFoundation is written in
plain C (I think some is C++ though). However you should keep in mind
that Darwin is BSD related so some of it (like sockets) would probably
require some additional work to have it work on Linux (unless it's
already covered by the port, of course)
