Hi,
I realized that with gui version 0.9.4 the frame rectangle of windows (frame
height) no longer includes the title bar and resize bar.
This is now different to the implementation of OpenStep and Mac-OS X.
Is this change intended for some reason (themeability?) or is this just a bug ?
