Hello
I've heard that gdomap is no longer necessary unless inter-host
communication is required, and that the gdomap requirenment can be
removed by setting a user default, however, I'm not completely sure wich
default that is.
Others have implied that GSMacOSXCompatible and NSPortIsMessagePort are
related, and previous discussions on the subject on the mailinglists
mentioned those too (briefly).
However, after setting the user defaults GSMacOSXCompatible and
NSPortIsMessagePort to "YES" (in NSGlobalDomain), applications still
attempt to start gdomap.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Magnus
