Dunno, there probably is.

You can probably use KoCrypt on OS X as well. It already has
a Tiger implementation (KCTiger) and I'm planning on adding
more, such as DES or Rijndael. One plus for KoCrypt is that
it doesn't depend on any other (external) library.
