Looks like you never did get a reply to this mail.

Most of the warnings you have listed are really harmless. They just show 
that you are using an over critical gcc release. When it complains that 
there are two different signatures for the same method name found you 
may savely ignore it. When it complains that there may be no 
implementation for a method, this mostly is an order problem inside of 
the GNUstep code, or comes from a private method being used. These cases 
should be corrected, but they wont cause harm either.
The few remaining warnings are well known, but yes, we should try to 
remove them as well.
