[Q] Where is EOAccess/EOPrivate.m?

Hi,

During porting gdl2 to Mac OS X, I've fetched lastest CVS version and 
found that EOAccess/EOPrivate.m does not exists. From ChangeLog and 
EOAccess/GNUmakefile this file should be there. Am I doing wrong or 
missed something?
