making an ObjectiveC DLL on Windows

I finally successfully created a library.
However I can't use i, no symbolw is exported!

When I look at GNUstep headers nowhere I could see any DLL_EXPORT, as I used to do writing C library.

How do you declare an object to be made available to linking programs?
