*** What is it? ***

This is a guide to making use of the GNUstep AppKit for producing
graphical applications. Different from a reference manual, it tries to
explain some of the concepts that the AppKit introduces when you use it
and give background material on common classes.

*** Noteworthy changes since last preview release ***

- Spelling and grammatical fixes

- Beginning of an article on using Browser controls

- Various additions across all chapters

*** Where can you get it? ***

Find a copy of the source code, that can be turned into html or pdf or
info files at:

http://members.optusnet.com.au/~smokey27/AppKit-20060116.tbz2

Note that it is licenced under the GNU Free Documentation Licence, a
copy of which can be found here (and should be included with the source
package):

http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html

*** What do you need to compile it? ***

You will texinfo to compile it. For html and pdf versions, you will need
texi2pdf and texi2html installed. See the package manager for your Unix
distribution.
