NSStepper with custom colours

I've attached a patch for NSStepperCell.m modifying its drawing functions to 
use NS.. / GS.. for the background and thus making NSStepper follow the colour 
setup. (Tested with different colour schemes and also with Camaelon.)

It might have been more elegant to rewrite the foreground drawing code, too. 
But I did not see enough reason to do so, as
- it works
- other widgets seem to mix NS... and PS... code, too.

It would be nice if someone (Nicolas?) could rewiew the patch and submit it if 
appropriate.
