Submit patches to bug-gnustep@gnu.org
I don't know why they are being rejected. Are you sure they are not
just being held? I received you last one. If you are not subscribed,
the message is held until I approve it (usually a few days to a week,
due to the overwhelming amount of spam the gets sent to the lists).
