Thanks to Tom Koelman, there is now an installer for the current
release of gnustep-core available on the ftp site (I don't know how
long it will take to propagate to the mirrors). There is a link to
the installer package directory from the 'windows' section of the
downloads page on the website (http://www.gnustep.org/resources/sources.html)
