There is a gscoredata framework in svn. I seem to recall someone saying that
it was only a partial implementation, but it may be enough for you (and, of
course, patches are welcome...)
Quartz is a large umbrella framework. GNUstep provides Opal, which implements
most of the CoreGraphics part of Quartz. Unfortunately, it is not yet
integrated with the rest of the system, making it far less useful.
