Hi Greg

I have a problem, the build tool can't found a directory that is in the same directory that xcodeproj. The project is this:

https://github.com/ewmailing/IupCocoaTouch

switch to Cocoa branch. This project requires opal + quartzcore.

Let me know if you have any issues.  I've tested it on a lot of projects but it's not yet perfect. If it doesn't work send me the project file and I can reverse engineer it so that it will function better.
