Slightly before midnight Saturday, May 31, 2003,
the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS)
reached a historic and beneficial to all agreement
on low fixed rates and no reporting/recordkeeping
for participating educational IBS Member webcasters
for the period of October 28, 1998, through 2004.
