This is so freaking cool: EFF is going to start actively busting 
bullshit Internet patents, hunting down prior art and getting the USPTO 
to revoke the patents on their basis.

the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO), asking the agency 
to revoke patents that are having negative effects on Internet
