[dmidecode] dmidecode on Windows - different results for different users

[dmidecode] dmidecode on Windows - different results for different users? |

I compiled dmidecode on Windows (with Cygwin).
Unfortunately, it gives me different results - whether I run it as a
SYSTEM user or as a domain Administrator user.
For example, when start as a domain Administrator, it gives me:
prompt> dmidecode.exe --string system-product-name
SCENIC W300/W600
When started as a SYSTEM user, it outputs:
prompt> dmidecode.exe --string system-product-name
D1567
I made a diff of full outputs of dmidecode started by two different
users, and there are plenty of differences - why? Below, a full diff of
dmidecode output when started by a domain Administrator and by a SYSTEM
user:
