The bug has been corrected. Pull request send inside GIT sources
(http://www.github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr) and waiting to merge
into develop branch.

Description:	In spain, numbers are shown as: 113,20. In dolibarr we see 113,20 but in ODT generated file we see 123.20
