Regarding severity it's was fixed in develop branch part of trigger review work.
Should be available in 3.7

Still happening in 3.5 branch.

The bug has been corrected inside GIT sources
(http://www.github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr).

So fix should be available with next stable release.
