Summary:	Can't clone client orders
Description:	Version 3.6.1 (Not in the menu). Trying to clone a customer order invariably yields to "Ref used for creation already exists." error message.
Step to reproduce bug:	Create a customer order, validate it and try to clone it. See attached screencast.
