[Dolibarr-dev] Dolibarr licensing

Hi all,

I've done a review of the various licenses contained in the Dolibarr sourcecode from the current develop branch.

Here's the compiled result :

As you can see, there are some problematic areas that might need some action.

Globally, what stands out, IMHO, is that the source base would benefit a transition from GPLv2 or later to GPLv3.

What do you think ?

P.S. : I'll bring a patch soon to update the COPYRIGHT file in the light of this review.
