Do you know GitHub? It is the main place to contribute to Dolibarr and you can create Pull Requests to integrate your changes to the project. Take a look at github.com/dolibarr/dolibarr.

File commande/fiche.php , hours and minutes in the lines details are not saved and are always reset to 0.

The File Attached is the diff for Dolibarr version 3.5.1.

If this kind of bugfix can be integrated into the current version of this way, then I would be providing you all the fixes and improvements that I would find (additions unimplemented hooks, bugfix, ...) .
