[Dolibarr-dev] Integration with Magento

Hi everybody.
I need to integrate Dolibarr with Magento 1.7.x. I know that Prestashop 
would be better but customer has been using  Magento for 4 years and he 
doesn't want to leave that.

Latest version of module is very old, so I'd like to write a new 
version. Could someone give me old version?

Do you think is a good idea to develop this module?
