Hi,
Totally deny delete is not so good. Imagine you testing a solution with extra field and you have done a mistake or a new feature in Dolibarr deprecate the extra fields. You must still be able to delete extra field.
Just may be add a double check :
- “Confirm delete ?”
- Check for data
- “Fields have data, are you really sure to delete this field ?”

I think that when an extrafield has at least one value stored in
database, the system should deny to delete that field from db table.
