Yours checks duplicate keys within files, Tomasso's checks duplicates 
across files.

Maybe a good idea could be to make a script to find duplicate words in 
the values iso keys and use this to generate a transifex glossary list.
This to solve the multi lang files issue where different translations 
are done on same context.
The glossary list is one list for all languages, so if you add an entry, 
it will be available for all languages.
So we first sanitize en_us using Tomasso's script, then we generate 
duplicate value list (ignore of, the, and, ...) which shows a left 
column with the duplicate word value and a right column with the 
complete sentence ordered by wc.
Someone will have to manually create the glossary from the top wc's and 
combine some context like 'third party'.
