REST API can be implement just follow same way of working the other REST API (files api_xxx.php) are done.

Before to work on, I want a confirmation. Any api was develop about payment ?

I must set invoice payment from an external service and don't want any
more use soap version :)

Should I code it ?  What's rule should be respeced ?
