[Dolibarr-dev] Dolibarr 7.0 branch has been created

Hi

The branch for version 7.0 has been created.

Fix for 7.0 can be pushed into this branch or a lower branch. As usual, all fixes done into a branch are merged into higher branch automatically at a regular basis.

I started to validate the new feature that was postponed on github into develop.
