jsgantt is unmaintained since 2009.
Another alternative is the fork jsgantt-improved (https://code.google.com/p/jsgantt-improved/). It is 90% compatible with the old jsgantt. Licence is New BSD.
Unlike dhtmlxGantt, it is not localized.
It can be a good & quick alternative/replacement to jsgantt.
