| Description: | Currently in the account.class.php, in function useDetailedBBAN() the country code 'DE' (Germany) is defined for option 1 two fields for bank code.
Germany only uses the so called "Bankleitzahl" (BLZ), so only the field bank is necessary. The function should return 2 for DE.
