one thing that I would like to mention is that what ever tht customer decides 
to do (local or remote) the local DataBank system should be the same as the 
Remote DataBank system. meaning  the server software on the ISP/multi-provider 
side should be the same as the local software, since they will be doing 
esentialy the same thing.

does what I just typed make any sence?
