This sounds like my proposal, minus the ability for ``trusted third
parties'' to verify that the user's information is correct (i.e. the
things in Mark's proposal correspond to self-issued identity tokens in
my proposal). I'm not saying one is better; this is just to clarify
(Mark's description may be more clear).
