I think it'll be best to arrange only one meeting, so that there
will be more people there. 7pm Thursday UTC would work for me,
(it's 9pm here in Central Europe) and I think it's also a
reasonable time for those in the US (3pm on the East Coast,
noon on the West Coast).

Sounds very good to me.
Here are some other ideas:
- Can Jabber be used for authentication/authorization ?
- Can Jabber be used for inter-process communication in
distributed computing?
